I have 25+ years in cybersecurity and 15+ as a manager across consulting, healthcare, SaaS, and retail. In that time, I’ve helped people break into the field, achieve promotions, develop new skills, and and navigate career transitions.
My coaching is grounded in real-world cybersecurity hiring, management, and team development experience. You can expect me to be direct and honest. My focus is on your specific personal situation, not generic career advice.
